Here are the steps to take from the job site to participate in Speed-Jobbing HR Networking. First, it is important to note that virtual interviews with employers will take place on December 8th.

Step #1: COMPLETE THE PRE-REGISTRATION FORM

If you are reading this from the job site, you have already done this step. The Speed-Jobbing Event Launch is an online event. The hyperlink to the Virtual Conference will be available once the pre-registration form is completed.

Step #2: EVENT LAUNCH

The launch of the event takes place on November 30 at 1 pm (UTC-5). During the launch, you will be able to obtain the following information: Speed-Jobbing operation; Participating employers; Type of job offers available on Speed-Jobbing; Frequently Asked Questions.

Step #3: PEOPLE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN SPEED-JOBBING

After completing the pre-registration form. We will assess whether your profile matches the jobs available for this Speed-Jobbing.

If your profile matches the job offers available for this Speed-Jobbing, you will proceed to the next step. See step #4.

If your profile does not match the job offers available for this Speed-Jobbing, your process will stop at this stage. Each Speed-Jobbing – HR Networking is a unique event. Visit the calendar of events to see the dates of the next Speed-Jobbing HR Networking.

Step 4. COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE ON OUR JOB SITE

It is important to fill out your profile on the job site. A well-filled profile increases your chances of being selected for Speed-Jobbing.

You have the option to manage the privacy of your profile and resume on the job site.

If your profile and resume are public and your qualifications match a job offer, you may receive an email invitation to participate in Speed-Jobbing.

Step #5: APPLY FOR JOBS

Step #6: YOU ARE SELECTED TO PARTICIPATE IN SPEED-JOBBING.
If you are selected to participate in the event, you will receive by email your access to the 12vm platform and the Help Center 48 to 72 hours before the event.

Step #7: EMAIL RECEIPT OF ACCESS TO THE 12 VM PLATFORM AND YOUR MEETING SCHEDULE
1. Check your calendar on the 12vm platform to discover the companies you will meet.
2. Explore the details of each conversation:
-Name of employer and person met.
-Employer website.
-Brief description of job offer.

Step #8: INFORMATION SESSION AND ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS BEFORE THE EVENT
Before the Speed-Jobbing event:

All participants have the opportunity to participate in an information session on the progress of the event.

They can also access the Help Center to consult the tutorials explaining how the 12vm platform works.

Step #9: HR NETWORKING AND SPEED-JOBBING - INTERVIEWS WITH EMPLOYERS
At the Speed-Jobbing event,

Everything is ready for the start of the Speed-Jobbing event!
The number of meetings depends on the correspondence between your profile and the job offers.
You can access the room 10 minutes before each interview.
The duration of the meetings varies from 10 to 27 minutes depending on the event. Upon receipt of your meeting agenda, you will be able to see the duration of the meetings.
Once the interview is completed, the employer will tell you the next steps.
